Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $4.90 per order, and free on orders of $50 or more. One shipping fee applies per order, no matter how many items are in it.

Delivery time

Orders take 1–4 business days to process. Delivery takes 5–17 business days from the day you place your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If your trip is on the calendar, we suggest ordering at least four weeks before you leave.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

Where orders ship from

Orders ship from our warehouse abroad. Lumeira is the seller of every order and is responsible to you for it, wherever it ships from.

Duties and import taxes

Because orders ship internationally, your local customs authority may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These charges aren't included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. If they apply, the carrier will contact you before delivery.

Delays

Carrier delays can happen during busy periods. We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as strikes, carrier disruptions or severe weather. This doesn't affect your legal rights if an order doesn't arrive.

Your shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We can't be responsible for parcels lost because of an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you choose delivery to a pickup point or locker, the date it arrives there counts as the delivery date.
